I know, this sounds overwhelming. But there are ways for you to be in a calorie deficit without starving yourself and without giving up your favorite foods, which is what I did .

So to lose weight naturally and safely in two weeks, there are a few things you can do:

  • exercise in the morning and on an empty stomach – it enables fat burning processes
  • drink a gallon of water throughout the day – because drinking water burns calories
  • avoid crash diets – they are unhealthy and ineffective in the long-run
  • don’t stress – because when stressed you crave sugar
